▍Applications


Universal valve test bench TC-10-1

  • This equipment was independently developed by Telide based on customer requirements and complies with relevant national standards.
  • The equipment consists of three main parts: a control console, a clamping console, and a shield. It is used for seat tightness and strength performance tests of high- and medium-pressure gate valves, ball valves, globe valves, and other valves with straight-through flanged or welded structures. With nearly 20 years of experience in designing and manufacturing valve test benches, Telide uses top-quality components, advanced system design, reasonable mechanical structures, and specialized testing software to ensure the machine's performance meets and exceeds customer expectations.

Overall Equipment:

  • Ergonomically designed for safe and comfortable operation.

  • Equipped with clamping self-locking function, a safety shield, and multiple protections such as pressure limiting to ensure personnel safety.

 

Control Console:

  • The pressure gauge can be mounted on the panel or on top, with overpressure protection function.
  • Compatible with both liquid and gas test medium.
  • Equipped with a digital bubble counter to enhance intelligence.

 

Clamping Console:

Proprietary proportional hydraulic clamping system ensures precise clamping, avoiding valve deformation caused by excessive clamping force.
